„On one hand, I’m someone who wasn’t really taught much movement at home, and my activities were more intellectual. I could have thrown in the towel right away and assumed I wouldn’t manage the exercises — even more so because I was in pain, hadn’t trained for a few years, and my fitness was poor. And then… to pull myself together and, as they say, ‘put myself out there’…

But on the other hand, there’s Vonofit — specifically Honza V. and his training sessions — where at the beginning I felt that somehow, it would just work.

His approach was sensible, the assessment suited me, and the start of training was just right — so I didn’t get scared off and I stuck with it. And I’m glad I did. The results are there: I feel a lot of changes at work, my back is much better, I can see it in the mirror, and I’m looking forward to more. I enjoy it — a very likeable guy, and I’m happy to adopt what he’s teaching me.
