Initial consultation & movement analysis
In the first consultation, we’ll focus on a detailed analysis of your current movement pattern and posture. You will send us a video and photos that reveal your body alignment and any movement imbalances. Based on this material, we’ll create a training plan tailored precisely to your needs.

Myofascial release
Based on your movement pattern, we’ll teach you myofascial release techniques. We’ll introduce different tools (e.g., foam roller, lacrosse ball) and explain how to properly release tight muscles and fascia. This method helps kick-start tissue balance in the body and prepares the way for further corrective and dynamic work. You’ll include these exercises regularly in your home training routine.

Corrective exercises
During online sessions, we’ll focus on corrective exercises performed using slow, controlled movements – often with resistance bands. The goal is to reshape old, imbalanced movement patterns that cause pain and discomfort and replace them with healthier ones. With techniques such as proper joint positioning, active spinal decompression, diaphragmatic breathing, and creating balanced tension, you can install proper movement patterns and store them in the nervous system.
We will provide regular feedback and cues so you perform every movement correctly.

Dynamic exercises
In dynamic work, we focus mainly on pendulum-like movements that follow naturally occurring mechanics. Including these regularly in your training plan is extremely important because they teach correct muscle activation, timing, and movement precision in real-life situations. As a result, reaction time, athletic performance, and endurance improve.

When and how do sessions take place?
We train via video call using WhatsApp or Telegram. We’re available Monday to Saturday.
How can I start?
Every client starts with an initial consultation and movement analysis. Based on that, we create a personalized program for you. Contact us to schedule your first video training session.
What equipment will I need?
You’ll need tools for myofascial release (foam roller and a ball).
You’ll also need a set of resistance bands, a pair of dumbbells, and a kettlebell. Exact weights depend on your current fitness level and are best decided in the first session.
Who are the trainings suitable for?
The training is for everyone – especially if you suffer from chronic pain caused by poor posture or an injury. It can also be a good complement to rehabilitation (including after surgery).
What is Functional Patterns?
Our training is based on the Functional Patterns training method, supported by results and grounded mainly in the bio-evolutionary development of the human body. Unlike many other programs, it focuses (among other things) on proper posture and efficient mechanics of the body.
How can I pay for services?
All services are paid in advance, in full – either cash or bank transfer.
How long do I have to use my package?
All packages expire after 3 months.
What if I need to cancel my session?
Sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. A session cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time is deducted at full price.
Can packages be refunded?
If a purchased package hasn’t been used yet, it can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase.
Is there an age limit?
We offer training for clients aged 15+.
Is it possible to train in pairs?
No. We don’t offer pair or larger group training, because each session is tailored to one person’s individual needs.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes – gift vouchers are available for all training packages.
