The process

Consultation
Your initial consultation includes gait cycle analysis (running/walking on a treadmill) and posture photos. We record your gait in slow motion to reveal key biomechanical patterns and establish a starting point.
This also serves as a reference point for measuring progress later.
Minimal sports clothing is recommended so joints and ribcage mechanics are visible.

Myofascial release
We use tools like a lacrosse ball, foam roller, medicine ball (or similar) to apply pressure to key trigger points in muscle and fascia. Pressure is maintained until unwanted tension releases.
This helps restore tissue balance and prepares your body for corrective and dynamic work. We guide you through it so you can also use it at home as part of your plan.

Corrective exercises
Correctives are done through slow, controlled movements, often using a cable machine or resistance bands. The goal is to reshape old, imbalanced patterns that drive pain and discomfort.
We use techniques like: better joint positioning, active spinal decompression, diaphragmatic breathing, and balanced tension – so your nervous system learns better patterns.

Dynamic exercises
Dynamic training focuses mainly on pendulum-like movements that follow natural mechanics. This is essential because it teaches proper muscle activation, timing, and movement accuracy in real situations.

When and where does the training take place?
In person training sessions are done in Padera Gym (Praha - Libuš). available Monday to Saturday.
How can I start?
Every client starts with an initial consultation and movement analysis. Based on that, we create a personalized program for you. You can find what to expect, what to bring, and the current price on the Consultation & Movement Analysis page here.
Who are the trainings suitable for?
The training is for everyone - especially if you suffer from chronic pain caused by poor posture or an injury. It can also be a good complement to rehabilitation (including after surgery).
What is Functional Patterns?
Our training is based on the Functional Patterns training method, supported by results and grounded mainly in the bio-evolutionary development of the human body. Unlike many other programs, it focuses (among other things) on proper posture and efficient mechanics of the body.
How can I pay for services?
All services are paid in advance, in full - either cash or bank transfer.
How long do I have to use my package?
All packages expire after 3 months.
Is gym entry included in the training price?
No - gym entry is not included. The gym price list is available on Padera Gym’s website.
What if I need to cancel my session?
Sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. A session cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time is deducted at full price.
Can packages be refunded?
If a purchased package hasn’t been used yet, it can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase.
Is there an age limit?
We offer training for clients aged 15+.
Is it possible to train in pairs?
No. We don’t offer pair or larger group training, because each session is tailored to one person’s individual needs.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes - gift vouchers are available for all training packages.
Can I use a MultiSport card?
No - we don’t have a partnership with MultiSport, so this payment method can’t be used.
